Veteran's Day Kettlebell Workout
WORKOUT TYPE: FULL BODY DURATION: 15-30 MIN
DIFFICULTY: MODERATE EQUIPMENT: KETTLEBELL
FITNESS CAPABILITY: CONDITIONING LOCATION: ANYWHERE!

Grab a quick workout with a single kettlebell. This circuit is challenging and can be done anywhere.


Workout Instructions:

Rest 60 seconds between circuits with no rest between exercises.


Workout Routines:

SET EXERCISE ROUND X REP/TIME
A1 Kettlebell Goblet Squats 5 X 10 REPS
A2 Around the Body 5 X 10 REPS EACH DIRECTION
A3 Kettlebell Bent Over Row 5 X 10 REPS EACH SIDE
A4 Kettlebell Straight Leg Deadlift 5 X 10 REPS EACH SIDE
