Busy this weekend? You can still fit this 15-minute kettlebell workout in no matter what! Grab a single kettlebell and perform three rounds of this quick circuit.


Workout Instructions:

Perform the entire workout as a single circuit. Don’t rest in between exercises and only rest 30-60 seconds between rounds.


Workout Routines:

SET EXERCISE ROUND X REP/TIME
A1 KB Goblet Squat 3 ROUND x 10 REPS
A2 Push Up 3 ROUND X 10 REPS
A3 2-Hand KB Press 3 ROUND x 10 REPS
A4 Jumping Jacks 3 ROUND x 50 REPS
