Exercise Steps

  • STEP 1: Start with your feet about shoulder width apart. Clean one kettlebell and pick up another with a straight arm.
  • STEP 2: Slightly dip, clean the kettlebell and lower the racked kettlebell simultaneously.
  • STEP 3: Dip again and repeat the motion for as long as you want

  • Neutral spine
  • Feet rooted
  • Tight core

Exercise Tips and Safety

Keep a straight back and tight core throughout the exercise. The gorilla clean is all about timing. Get into a rhythm with the exercise.
