- STEP 1: Start with your feet about shoulder width apart. Clean one kettlebell and pick up another with a straight arm.
- STEP 2: Slightly dip, clean the kettlebell and lower the racked kettlebell simultaneously.
- STEP 3: Dip again and repeat the motion for as long as you want
