The Competition Prep Full Body Workout #5 is part of Anthony Eisenhower’s 4-Weeks to Competition Workout Plan. This five exercise circuit will have you sweating and get you prepared for any upcoming endurance event!


Workout Instructions:

Perform each exercise in the circuit for 90 seconds then rest for 30 seconds between exercises. Perform entire circuit for 2 rounds, reseting for 2 minutes between rounds.


Workout Routines:

SET EXERCISE ROUND X REP/TIME
A1 Dead Clean to Squat Press 2 ROUND x 90 SEC
A2 Squat Sit 2-Hand Clean 2 ROUND x 90 SEC
A3 KB Long Cycle 2 ROUND x 90 SEC
A4 Low Plank 2 ROUND x 90 SEC
A5 Burpees 2 ROUND x 90 SEC
